~~Ask God, His Angels and your Spirit Guides to help you in all things.

~~Anchor prayers in the Universe by writing them down.  Ask God for what you want and put it in your prayer box.  Be sure to ask for what is yours by divine right and for it to come under grace in wonderful ways - detach and allow.

~~An excellent method to release fear and guilt is to think about everything you fear; i.e. lack, sickness, etc.  Identify in your body where you are feeling the feelings/emotions.  Breathe deeply embrace the emotions - welcome them into your body, then ask yourself, can you release it?  When the answer is, yes, ask yourself, will you release it? When the answer is yes, ask yourself, when will you release it?  When the answer is yes, identify whether you still have any residual feelings of fear and guilt.  If you do, repeat the above.  Repeat until all the feelings and emotions are gone.  This method is called the Sedona Method.

You may also visualize holding the things you fear in your hands.  Hold it there while in prayer and ask God to take your fear, surround it in His divine white light and release it with love to dissipate into the universe.  Do this until you can feel that it is all gone.

~~Affirmations - for repetition.  Sticky note them everywhere.  Repeat them often.  Positive affirmation can change our lives - it is up to us as to whether it is a band-aid to what is really going on in our lives or we look within ourselves to truly discern what our issues are and heal them.  The daily Soul Kiss is a tool to help us do this.  When reading a Soul Kiss there are times that it will resonate deep within us, as if it were written just for us.  They inspire us to look within to discern what we truly believe - in doing so, we will discover who we really are and what our life mission truly is.  Allow the angels to help you walk your divine life path...

~~De-clutter your space - yes, everything - closets, countertops, drawers, car, even the garage...  Eliminate places for negative energy to stagnate.  Promote the flow of energy - de-clutter!  As for the things you don't need anymore - bless them and send them on their way.
