A Strong Faith in God:
It is so hard to be a teen in the society we live in today.
It's always worry, worry, worry. Can we ever get over
this? The answer is yes. I believe the best way to get
through the tough times is to have a strong Faith in Jesus
Christ. He has blessed me with so much. As a teen myself,
I've been through some pretty rough times, but my faith in God has
gotten me through it.

Bless your enemy or hurtful situations
Bless your enemy or hurtful situations - sincerely bless them and
you disintegrate their power to hurt you. This is a very
powerful tool and works beautifully. Plus in blessing them, a
blessing is then returned to you.

Dear Children of God, I have a teenage daughter. I don't know
if any of you can relate to the fact of not having your "real " father
with you at a trying time in your life, but she is dealing with
this... Advice was given to her which has helped her, so in
return, I will pass it on to try to help you. Tools you will
need: a pen, paper, your open mind and hearts. Begin to
write... write... write... write... anything that you want to get out,
or anything you wish you could say... how you feel... what you wish...
want... Just let it out! Bad things? Yes, let them
out. Anger? Yes, let it out too. Write as long as your
thoughts want you to. Find a trusted adult. Share your
letter with them, if you choose to. One day at a time...
Writing can be a tool for self-healing. It was for me... TAB'S MOM
Remember, You are special!! |

Unconditional Love and Support as God has for Us... I would
like to say that whatever the situation is, as a parent, be always
open to talk with your teenager about the problems he or she is going
through. Always show unconditional love and support for your son
or daughter. Never judge them. Help them to discover ways
to deal with problems by talking things out and writing things down.
Try to always say positive and encouraging words. Praise them as
they reach their goals. Make sure they have goals to work
toward. Take those baby steps to reach the larger goal.
Always hug and show affection for your children. Tell them you
don't expect them to be perfect and that you were once a teenager as
well. Pray for them everyday asking for help form God and His
angels to live a godly life.
Love Jasmine
