Placemat Exercise
The Placemat Exercise anchors our thoughts in the universe and is
an excellent way to start your day!
** Requirements: paper and pencil or pen
** Two columns:
1. Things I want to do today
2. Things I'm appreciative of the Universe delivering today
** Under each heading write in what you want (example - to experience joy, to
laugh, to finish a project) and what you're appreciative of (example - safe
travels, excellent work for excellent prompt payment).
** Under both columns, I like to write an affirmation (example - I graciously
accept God's best to come to me today.)
