5 Planets Retrograde OMG!
The station of the planets in our galaxy affect energy of Mother Earth.
This energy then affects our human mind and body. Now is the time to
engage your spirit to flow in ease and grace instead of fighting and struggling,
ending up confused, battered and bruised.
These are the planets, how they may affect you and what to do:
Mercury April 28 - May 22 - communication and technology can easily
go awry, creating frustration, inner turmoil, miscommunication and inharmony
with others.
What to do: Double check communication and just be patient with
technology. This is a perfect time to complete unfinished projects,
reflect on what brings your heart joy today and take a peek into your future.
Journal with your angels and ask them to show you what's holding you back,
what's truly important to you and what is possible for you, then let the pen
loose on the paper.
Jupiter: January 7 - May 9 - support systems and crutches may
disappear, leaving you feeling lost, alone, confused, stalled and stuck.
What to do: Stop and look within - connect with your inner light of
God and your Higher Self. Open your heart to the guidance and wisdom of
your angles - let them do the heavy lifting and enjoy the ride!
Pluto: April 18 - September 26 - love and relationships step into
your face. Loving relationships are based from how loving your
relationship is with yourself. If you've been holding harsh feelings about
yourself, e.g. I'm too fat, nobody loves me, I'm not good enough, etc.
These feelings will come forward - but know they're not coming forward to hurt
you or make you feel awful, they're coming forward to be healed!
What to do: open your heart to seeing yourself the way your angels
do - you are AWESOME - yes this is true! No matter what you have or have
not done in your life, You-Are-Awesome! Release the need to hold on to the
illusions of the physical world, e.g. I'm not good enough, too fat, too skinny,
too anything... and allow yourself to "see" your light - the beautiful loving
essence that you are. You ARE good enough and you deserve to be happy!
Mars: April 17 - June 29 - in retrograde stirs up aggressive
emotions. If you've ever experienced PMS, it's like PMS on steroids - !OMG!
Frustrated energy can build inside your body till you feel like you'll explode.
What to do: get some exercise - run, hike, jog, play tennis, swim,
dance - dance around your house as if you're on Dancing with the Stars and no
one is watching. Channel aggressive energy into something beautiful -
invite your angels along, you'll love it!
Saturn: March 25 - August 13 - self doubt and paranoia may creep in
enticing you to make "worry" your best friend.
What to do: practice mindfulness: Breathe. Meditate.
Breathe. Be In-the-Moment. Breathe. Work with your angels to
speak from your Heart-Space when it's necessary to express yourself.
