In the fall of 2011 I asked Jesus for my very own grounding technique to help my physical body stay in a state of balance as it acclimated to the ever shifting energies of our planet and my spiritual being-ness.

Upon my request He introduced me to my own mighty oak grounding tree to help me stay connected with the life force healing energy of Mother Earth as well as the life force love energy of God.

To my delight my grounding tree has a joyful spiritual essence of love and light.  After grounding a few times, I was guided to ask him his name - and he answered! His name is Shelby!
